Ministry of Corporate Affairs has notified the Companies (Cost records and audit) Rules 2014 under sections 148 & 469 Companies Act 2013 on 30th June 2014. As per section 184 of the Companies Act 2013 read with Rule 9 of Companies (Meetings of Board and its Powers) Rules, 2014 every director of the Company has to disclose his interest by giving a notice in writing in Form MBP-1.
