Central Govt, on recommendations of Council, hereby notifies goods,in respect of which no refund of unutilised input tax credit shall be allowed, where credit has accumulated on account of rate of tax on inputs being higher than rate of tax on output supplies of such goods (other than nil rated or fully exempt supplies).
G.S.R. (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 5 of the Integrated Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (13 of 2017), the Central Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby specifies the supply of goods, the description of which is specified in column (3) of the
Integrated Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (13 of 2017), the Central Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby notifies the rate of the integrated tax.

Central Government notifies the rate of the integrated tax of-(i) 5 per cent. in respect of goods specified in Schedule I, (ii) 12 per cent. in respect of goods specified in Schedule II, (iii) 18 per cent. in respect of goods specified in Schedule III, (iv) 28 per cent. in respect of goods specified in Schedule IV, (v) 3 per cent. in respect of goods specified in Schedule V, and (vi) 0.25 per cent. in respect of goods specified in Schedule VI
Central Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby notifies, that the cess, on the supply of services of description specified in column (2) of the Table below and falling in Chapter, Section, Heading or Group specified in column (3) of the said Table, shall be levied at the rate specified in the corresponding entry in column (4) of the said Table.
Seeks to notify Rates of goods and services tax compensation cess under Goods and Services Tax (Compensation to States) Act, 2017 (15 of 2017).
Central Government hereby appoints the 1st day of July, 2017, as the date on which the provisions of sections 6 to 16, 18 to 20 and 23 to 26 of Union Territory Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 shall come into force.
Central Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby fixes the rate of interest per annum, for the purposes of the sections as specified in column (2) of the Table below, as mentioned in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table.
In pursuance of the first proviso to rule 46 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Central Board of Excise and Customs, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby notifies that a registered person having annual turnover in the preceding financial year as specified in column (2) of the Table below shall mention the digits of Harmonised System of Nomenclature (HSN) Codes, as specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table, in a tax invoice issued by him under the said rules.
