Input Credit only on input services can be distributed. The definition of ISD restricts the scope of the input credit to be distributed. ISD is defined to mean an office of the supplier which receives tax invoices towards receipt of input services and distributes the credit of central tax, State tax, integrated tax or Union territory tax paid on the said services.

As declared in 24th meeting of the GST council held through video conferencing on 16-12-2017, the nationwide e-way Bill system was scheduled to be rolled out on a trial basis latest by 16th January, 2018. So, the traders and transporters were expected to start using this system on a voluntary basis from 16th January, 2018. While the System for both inter-State and intra-State e-way Bill generation will be ready by 16th January, 2018, the States may choose their own timings for implementation of e-way Bill for intra-State movement of goods on any date before 1st June, 2018. Since this nationwide e-way bill system has already been rolled out by the government and four states viz. Karnataka, Kerala, Uttrakhand and Rajasthan have already started using this system, so the other states are also expected to follow the same.

Trade and Transporters can voluntarily start using this Eway bill system from 16th January, 2018. But from 1st February, 2018, it is mandatory for transporters to generate e way bill in case of inter-state movement of goods.
E-way bill is an electronic document generated on the GST portal evidencing movement of goods. The nationwide e-way Bill system will be ready to be rolled out on a trial basis latest by 16th January, 2018 i.e, from tomorrow and from the 1st February the implementation of nationwide e-way Bill system for interstate supply will be done on a compulsory basis. Therefore, the Sankrant will come on Consignor, Consignee and transporter.
If the supplier of goods or service is not paid within 180 days of the issue of the tax invoice, the recipient has to reverse the ITC availed and show it in the GSTR – 3B of the December 2017 to be filed by 20th January 2018.
