This circular shall apply to all FC/FU as the case may be, registered with the Authority under section 3 of IFSCA (Finance Company) Regulations, 2021 and who intends to undertake the above mentioned activities. Further, the circular shall remain applicable as amended by the Authority from time to time.

This circular shall be adopted for computation of regulatory capital prescribed for an FC/FU as the case may be, registered under section 3 of IFSCA (Finance Company) Regulations, 2021 and intending to undertake the activities as mentioned in point 5 and point 6 of the Schedule therein, viz.;
ISFCA fee structure for Finance Company/ Units is as follows: a) Application fee: $1000 for new entities (one time) b) Registration fee: $12,500 for new entities (one time) c) Annual fee: $12,500 for all registered Finance Company/Finance Unit (second year onwards)
In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 12 of the International Financial Services Centres Authority Act, 2019, the fee structure for Investment Advisers and Portfolio Managers in IFSC is being revised as follows:
The following fee structure shall be applicable to all stock exchanges operating in the IFSC a) Application/Renewal Fee of USD 1,000; b) One-time Registration Fee of USD 25,000 for new entities; c) Annual fee USD 1,000 for all registered stock exchanges; d) Turnover based fee based on the volume of operations as indicated at table I
1. (1) These regulations may be called the International Financial Services Centres Authority (Market Infrastructure Institutions) Regulations, 2021. (2) They shall come into force on the thirtieth day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
