"I am Anshul Mittal, a dedicated professional with a strong focus on GST, Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), Customs Law and Waste Management laws. I hold a Post Graduate degree in Corporate laws and Indirect-taxation (L.L.M.), and I have also completed my Bachelor's degree in Arts and Law (BA LLB Hons).
My career began in academia, where I worked as an Assistant Professor of Law at Symbiosis Law University. This role allowed me to share my legal knowledge with students and develop a practical understanding of legal principles.
Currently, I am a practicing advocate specializing in indirect taxation, waste management laws, legal meteorology, customs law and allied laws. I am a working partner at RSA Legal Solutions, a leading law firm under the guidance of Advocate SC Jain, a re-known Customs and foreign trade policy expert. My expertise lies in commercial laws, particularly in the area of indirect taxes. I have gained valuable experience in providing legal opinions, drafting responses to show cause notices (SCNs), handling appeals, and conducting health check-ups related to indirect taxation.
I handle advisory and litigation aspects of indirect taxation and thereby possess a comprehensive understanding of the legal framework and compliance requirements in this field. This enables me to provide valuable guidance to clients and ensure their adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
Overall, my educational background, teaching experience, and practical expertise in commercial laws and indirect taxation have shaped me into a well-rounded professional. I am passionate about leveraging my knowledge and skills to assist clients with their legal needs in the field of indirect taxation, waste management laws etc."
