Companies Act of 2013 defines company to mean a company that is incorporated under The Companies Act 2013 or under any previous company law. Under this, there is a subsection of the company that is called body corporate. Body Corporate includes Private Company, Public Company, One Person Company, Small Company, Limited Liability Partnerships etc.
Every specified company shall file in MSME Form I details of all outstanding dues to Micro or small enterprises: 1. Suppliers existing on the date of notification of this order within thirty days from the date of publication of this notification i.e by 21stFebruary 2019.
It is hereby clarified that Form DPT-3 shall be used for filing return of deposit or particulars of transaction not considered as deposit or both by every company other than Government company.
