The details of inward supplies added, corrected or deleted by the recipient in his FORM GSTR-2 under sub-section (1) of section 26 orFORMGSTR-4 under section 27 shall be made available to the supplier electronically in FORM GSTR-1A through the Common Portal and such supplier may either accept or reject the modifications made by the recipient and FORMGSTR-1 furnished by the supplier shall stand amended to the extent of modifications accepted by him.

There are 22 sections under transitional provision of GST Law when all major indirect tax Act’s going to subsumed under the GST Law. This is most important provisions as these are applicable from the appointed day means when the GST Law shall be applicable.
Now, the Maharashtra Ordinance No. XXIV of 2016 is promulgated on 30th September 2016. Thus for the purposes of Settlement Act time limit is extended from 30th September 2016 to 15th November 2016. All the stakeholders are requested to take note of it.
