The Central Government, through Notification No. 09/2026-Customs (ADD) dated 22 May 2026, has amended Notification No. 47/2021-Customs (ADD) issued under the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 and the Anti-Dumping Rules, 1995. The amendment inserts a new paragraph clarifying that the existing anti-dumping duty imposed under the earlier notification will continue to remain in force up to and inclusive of 25 November 2026, unless it is revoked, superseded, or amended before that date. This amendment overrides the earlier duration mentioned in paragraph 2 of the principal notification and ensures continuity of the anti-dumping duty regime for the specified period. The notification has been issued by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, and signed by the Under Secretary. The principal notification was originally issued on 26 August 2021 and had previously been amended through Notification No. 13/2023-Customs (ADD) dated 22 November 2023.
