I’m CA Ayushi Garg, a Chartered Accountant and MBA in Finance with over 5 years of experience in indirect and direct taxation, statutory audits, financial advisory, and regulatory compliance.
My academic roots are in Guna, Madhya Pradesh, with professional training completed across Indore, Pune, and Mumbai. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with renowned clients such as Perfetti Van Melle, L'Oréal, Samsung, and Samsonite, focusing on their GST departmental notices, audits, and appeals.
I specialize in project finance and government subsidy advisory, having successfully secured subsidies under the M.P. Tourism Scheme and facilitated a ₹100 crore CC limit disbursement for a corporate client. My technical strengths include preparing CMA and project reports, handling MCA compliance, and forming private limited and producer companies.
I also bring practical experience in managing government tenders (including Lok Sabha Kendra and PWD departments), and have worked extensively on Income Tax, GST filings and appeals, and earlier regimes like VAT, Entry Tax, and CST.
