i. A Manager of an AIF who is also a SEBI registered Portfolio Manager, and intends to offer Co-investment services through portfolio management route, shall do so only under prior intimation to SEBI.
On a monthly basis, PMS shall undertake at least 10% of their total secondary market trades by value in CBs in that month by placing/seeking quotes through one-to-one (OTO) or one-to-many (OTM) mode on the Request for Quote platform of stock exchanges (RFQ).
The objective of Consultation Paper on Algorithmic Trading by Retail Investors is to seek comments/views from various stakeholders including market intermediaries and the public on algorithmic trading being done by retail investors including use of API access and automation of trades using the same.
These regulations may be called the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) (Third Amendment) Regulations, 2021. 2. They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
