BMC had issued the Home Isolation guidelines earlier, which is now revised for patients and care givers to guide them during home isolation. This guidelines are based on Government of India’s guidelines dated 5.1.2022. Shops/establishments dealing with non-essential goods & services, malls and weekly markets shall be allowed to open with following conditions in Delhi: a) In markets and market complexes, shops are allowed between 10 AM to 8 PM on odd-even basis shops would open on alternate days depending on their shop number.
It is clarified that Offices/Firms of Chartered Accountants are permitted to function with 50% of their staff strength during weekends strictly adhering to COVID appropriate behaviour. Movement of Chartered Accountants and their staff is permitted on producing valid ID card issued by their receptive offices.
All urgent and time bound activities must not be left unattended. Such activities may include time bound assessment, time bound completion of proceedings, compliance and follow up of High Court Orders and other Court proceedings, time bound completion of insolvency proceedings, time bound disposal of registration applications, action on the notices of cancellation, revocation etc., and other such activities. The Concerned Officers to complete all such activities in time bound manner in Work from home mode and if required may visit the Office, as needed so as to ensure proper disposal within the given timeline.
