1. DSC not getting registered or updated
2. New Incorporated companies or Firms are not able to register themselves on ITD Portal
3. Forget password option not working
4. IT Returns in PDF can’t be downloaded
5. IT acknowledgements in PDF can’t be downloaded.
6. DIN Number not getting auto populated in new ITD website.
7. Challan Numbers not getting validated
8. No tab for VSV tab i.e. Vivad se visvas scheme disappeared from Website.
9. Unable to file TDS Returns
10. Unable to file Form 15CA/15CB. Demanding Compulsory six digit numeric Pin code, while many country do not have Pincode, Some Countries have Alpha Numeric codes and some have less than Six Digit codes and some may have more than six digit pin codes.
11. E proceedings tab not workings
12. Grievances registered on ITD website are deleted without addressing
13. Old demands outstanding not reflected
14. Old Grievances registered not reflected
15. Unable to file Income Tax Returns for FY 2021
16. Accounts get locked, if we try to login and not able to login due to non-operatibility of site

Note: As time goes these issues may get resolve. These are just observations since last few days.



I’m trying to file form 35 but while saving the challan details it shows – Error : Appeal fees paid should be either of Rupees 250, 500 or 1000 as the case may be – but the challan amount is Rs. 1000/- itself. what to do now?

What is the meaning of Error “ITD-EXEC-2002”. This comes when trying to upload the E-response against notice U/s 143(1)(a). The response is not getting saved.

All Refund reissue requests are failing with Message Technical Error ITD Exec-2003 for the last 15 days without any resolution. The banks for refund are already Validated and EVC enabled/

While filing itr 2 for 2020-21 I checked my profile details. They were ok and date of birth was correct and matches PAN. I started filing on itr utility2 and downloaded prefilled data on .Jain. It’s an error in ITR-2. I added 1 Re PGBP Income and filed the ITR-3 and it was submitted without issues.
Sir,while registering my PAN ,last step secure account or registration completion not performing. So I am not able to file ITR.
As of 27/07/2021 off-line utility 03 updated on 21/07/2021 work well, many glitches removed and I was able to file my itr-2 for as well as e-verification done successfully. Only problem I have faced is that Refund is shown In itr 2 form but doesn’t reflect in itr-v I.e.acknowledgement

Num Lock does not work for Pin Code field. Use Numbers above alphabets on the keyboard to type pin code

Pathetic website. Too many errors. Return validated but not able to verify. Not sure how to proceed. Govt should have allowed filling in the old website atleast for this year instead of forcing us on an undercontruction website.
