It is hereby notified for general information that the institution mentioned below has been approved by the Indian Council of Medical Research, New Delhi, the prescribed authority for the purposes of clause (ii) of sub-section (1) of section 35 of the Income-tax Act, 1961, for research purposes only.
That the said Kendra will furnish the annual return of its scientific research activities to the prescribed authority in such forms as may be laid down and intimated to them for this purpose, by 30th April, each year.

II) dated 22nd May, 1975, it is hereby notified for general information that the institution mentioned below has been approved by the Secretary, Department of Agriculture, Ministry of Agriculture, Government of India, New Delhi, the prescribed authority for the purposes of clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 35C of the Income-tax Act, 1961, for a further period of three years with effect from 1st April, 1976.
It is hereby notified for general information that the institution mentioned below has been approved by the Indian Council of Social Science Research, the prescribed authority for the purpose of clause (iii) of sub-section (1) of section 35 of the Income-tax Act, 1961, subject to the following conditions
