Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 – Specifying Conditions for submission of GSTR-3B with TRAN-1-extension of date upto 28th August 2017.
It has been provided that the exporter is eligible to claim the higher rate of drawback on the basis of self declaration to be provided by exporter in terms of revised Note and Condition 12A of aforesaid Notification. The format of said self-declaration was provided as per given below format:-

i. An exporter had a turnover of Rs. 15 crore in the previous financial year. He would be eligible for LUT facility if remittance received against this export is Rs. 1.5 crore or more (10% of export turnover is more than Rs. 1 crore)
Provisional Ids and Access Token of Phase 9 dealers, are now made available by GSTN. Dealer can obtain their Provisional Ids from department’s portal www.mahavat.gov.in, using their login credentials. The list of all such dealers is published under GST Tab on Mahavat portal.
Notification No. 16/2017 – Central Tax dated 7th July, 2017 specifies conditions to be fulfilled for export under Letter of Undertaking (LUT) in place of bond. In the extant Central Excise provisions, LUTs were limited to manufacturer exporters only.
Commissioner, on the recommendations of the Council, specifies that the return for the month as specified in column (2) of the Table below shall be furnished in FORM GSTR-3B electronically through the common portal before the dates as specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table, namely:-
