Section 271AAA imposes an additional condition of the assessee having to substantiate the manner in which, the undisclosed income was derived. This requirement, however, must be seen as consequential to or corollary to the base requirement of specifying the manner, in which, the undisclosed income was derived. It is only when such declaration is made, the question of substantiating such disclosure or claim would arise.
This appeal, filed by the assessee, is directed against the order dated 5-12-2011, passed by the learned Commissioner (Appeals), in the matter of assessment under section 143(3) of the Income Tax Act, 1961, for the assessment year 2008-09.
This is an appeal filed by the assessee against the order of Ld. CIT(A)-6, Kolkata dated 13.01.2017 for AY 2011-12. The first issue raised by the assessee is against the action of the Ld. CIT(A) in confirming the addition of Rs.10,747/- which was made by the AO as donation and subscription account.

A taxpayer who is liable to discharge part of its tax liability by way of advance tax has to bear additional burden of interest for default of advance tax, in case total advance tax paid for the year falls short of the assessed tax by ten percent or more.
Online Form i.e. Form No. 67 needs to be filed in the case where assessee claiming the benefit of foreign tax credit. Submission of Form 67 shall precede the filing of return of Income. Text of Notification in this regard is as follows :-
