In exercise of the powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Export and Import Policy, 2002-2007 and paragraph 1.1 of the Handbook of Procedures (Vol.I), the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby make the following amendment in the revised Appendix 16-A notified under Public Notice No.39 dated 28.1.2004.

As you are aware, the Central Government has issued an Order of Moratorium in respect of Global Trust Bank Ltd (GTB) till October 23, 2004.
