Attention is invited to the Board’s Circular No. 5/97-Cus. dated 14.3.97 outlining the procedure for monitoring the fulfilment of export obligation under EPCG Scheme. Ministry of Commerce have published a revised Export & Import Policy for the period 1997-2002 on 13.4.98. The changes in the Exim Policy take effect from 13.4.98.
