being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), number 32/99-Central Excise, dated the 8th July 1999, namely.
In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 4.11 of the Export and Import Policy 1997-2002, as notified in the Gazette of India extraordinary, Part-II Section 3, Sub section (ii) vide S.O. No.283(E) dated 31.03.1997, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendment in Handbook (Vol 1).(RE-00), 1997-2002.
Notification No.542 – Income Tax It is notified for general information that the enterprise, listed at para. (3) below has been approved by the Central Government for the purpose of section 10(23G) of the Income-tax Act, 1961, read with rule 2E of the Income-tax Rules, 1962, for the assessment years 2001-2002, 2002-2003 and 2003-2004
Notification No.52 – Income Tax It is notified for general information that enterprise/industrial undertaking, listed at para (3) below has been approved by the Central Government for the purposes of section 10(23G) of the Income-tax Act, 1961, read with rule 2E of the Income-tax Rules, 1962, for the assessment years 2000-2001, 2001-2002 and 2002-2003
Notification No.51 – Income Tax It is notified for general information that enterprises/industrial undertakings, listed at para (3) below have been approved by the Central Government for the purposes of section 10(23G) of the Income-tax Act, 1961, read with rule 2E of the Income-tax Rules, 1962, for the assessment years 2001-2002, 2002-2003 and 2003-2004
Notification No.50 – Income Tax It is notified for general information that enterprise, listed at para (3) below has been approved by the Central Government for the purpose of section 10(23G) of the Income-tax Act, 1961, read with rule 2E of the Income-tax Rules, 1962, for the assessment years 2001-2002, 2002-2003 and 2003-2004
The principal notification No. 61/2000-Customs, dated the 12th May, 2000 was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, vide number G.S.R. 435 (E), dated the 12th May, 2000 and was last amended by notification No. 144/2000-Customs, dated the 21st November, 2000 published vide number G.S.R. 883 (E), dated the 21st November, 2000.
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), read with sub-section (6) of section 3 and sub-section (1) of section 3A of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 ( 51 of 1975), and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 139/99-Customs, dated the 30th December, 1999, published in the Gazette of India vide number G. S. R. 836 (E), dated the 30th December, 1999.
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), read with sub-section (6) of section 3 and sub-section (1) of section 3A of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 ( 51 of 1975) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue).
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 130/2000-Customs, dated the 16th October, 2000 [G.S.R. 785 (E), dated the 16th October, 2000], except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby exempts the goods of the description specified in column (3) of the Table below and falling within the Chapter, heading No. or sub-heading No. of the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act.
