An articled assistant who has passed the Intermediate (Professional Competence) Examination or Professional Education (Examination-II) or Intermediate examination and has completed a minimum of eighteen months of practical training under these regulations shall be eligible for industrial training.
(1) This Act may be called the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (Second Amendment) Act, 2020. It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 5th day of June, 2020.
