THE DIRECTIONS OF THE HIGH COURTS ARE CLEAR. BY DELAYING THE NOTIFICATION, THE CBDT IS ONLY REAFFIRMING ITS ARROGANT STAND. THE BUREAUCRACY IS UNABLE TO ACCEPT DEFEAT. SUCH IS THEIR SHORT SIGHTED APPROACH. LET THEM COME BACK TO US AFTER THIS AND SEEK OUR COOPERATION IN ACHIEVING THEIR TARGETS OF COLLECTION, MAKING NEW ASSESSEES etc.
