Spice Form has Widened its Scope by Covering Three Important Registration Viz GSTIN, ESIC and EPFO
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs in its notification dated 29th March, 2019, inserted a new Rule 38A under the Companies (Incorporation) Third Amendment Rules, 2019.
Scope : The application for Incorporation of Company under Rule 38 shall be accompanied by the E-Form AGILE (Application for registration of the Goods and Service Tax Identification Number (GSTIN), Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), plus Employees Provident Fund Origination (EPFO) registration.
Objectives : The objective of the Central Government behind this Amendment is to put all the registration requirement after the Incorporation of the Company in to one basket. By filing e-form AGILE along with SPICE incorporation form at the time of registration, the Company would be automatically enrolled for GSTIN, ESIC and EPFO.
