To avoid any delay in grant of export authorizations, it has been decided that w.e.f. 01.04.2019, export authorizations for Restricted items (Non-SCOMET ) shall be issued by the Export Cell, DGFT (Hqrs). The authorizations shall be issued under the signature of FTDO (Non-SCOMET) or any other official designated for the purpose.

Director General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) hereby notifies the revised pro-forma (ANF-2M) for submission of online application for obtaining import license for ‘Restricted’ items from 18th March, 2019 onwards.
New applicants who have obtained NABL Certification are representing for allowing them imports of gold dore for obtaining BIS License. Matter has been discussed with BIS and it has been accordingly decided that new applicants, having NABL certification, will be considered for 1 MT of gold dore for obtaining BIS License. Subsequently, no further authorization will be granted to these applicants without BIS License.
Now an Online module has been created to facilitate filing and tracking of these Quality Complaints/Trade Disputes. It has been decided that with effect from 11/02/2019, all such complaints should be filed online as per the following protocol:
Onetime condonation of time period in respect of obtaining block-wise extension in Export Obligation period under EPCG Scheme. Director General of Foreign Trade in public interest hereby further extends the time of receipt of requests till 30.09.2019 in respect of the above mentioned Public Notices.
In case of procurement from SEZs, TRA facility shall be operated by RAs of DGFT as outlined below. The request for TRAs from EDI ports to SEZs shall be made to the concerned RA.
The rates of RoSCTL Scheme are hereby notified as Schedules 1, 2, 3 and 4 of this notification. The rates under this scheme will come into effect from 07.03.2019 i.e. the date of the Notification of scheme guidelines published vide notification No.14/26/2016- IT (Vol.II) dated 07.03.2019 and shall remain in force up to 31.03.2020.
