In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09 and Paragraph 1.1 of Handbook of Procedures (Vol.1), the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments/deletions/corrections and additions in the Handbook of Procedures, Vol.2, 2004-2009, as amended.
The following Branch of Central Bank of India is hereby added in the List of the branches of Central Bank of India, under Appendix-3, authorized to receive payments towards application fee etc., payable to Office of the Joint Director General of Foreign Trade, Jaipur.
The second sentence of paragraph 4.12 should be replaced by the following sentence: However, in case of e-commerce application, exports/supplies made from the date of EDI generated file No. for an advance licence may be accepted provided the hard copy is submitted within three months.
In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in the Handbook of Procedures.
Sr. No.2 of Sub-Section VIII of the Aayaat Niryat Form, regarding list of documents required for claiming benefit under Vishesh Krishi Upaj Yojana, which reads as “Export promotion (EP) copy of Shipping Bill(s). In case of exports through notified land Customs under paragraph 4.40, Bill of Export may be accepted in lieu of Shipping Bill” is amended to read as.
State Trading Enterprises Policy shall not apply to SEZ manufacturing units. Subject to obtaining necessary permissions required for import under any other law, this Policy shall also not apply to SEZ Trading units for import of fuel covered under ITC(HS) code No. 2710 for the purpose of supply to EOU/SEZ manufacturing units.
