The Directorate General of Foreign Trade issued Public Notice No. 73 (RE-2005)/2004-09 on December 6, 2005, under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09. This corrigendum updates the Handbook of Procedures (Vol. 1) for the same policy period. Specifically, in Annexure II to Appendix V, the entry after point (i) is corrected to include “Hodaideh, Yemen.” This amendment aims to rectify an earlier oversight and ensure accuracy in trade documentation. CORRIGENDUM
In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following corrections in the Handbook of Procedures (Vol.1), 2004-09 :
(1) In Annexure II to Appendix V, after (i), the following shall be corrected to read as :
(ii) Hodaideh, Yemen.
