ORDER NO. 40 Of 2015 Dated the 7th April, 2015 The following Assistant Commissioners of Income Tax (Probationers) in the Pay Scale of Rs, 15,600 – 39,100/- (Plus Grade Pay of Rs. 5,400/- in Pay band-3), on completion of training at National Academy of Direct Taxes (NADT), Nagpur are, hereby, posted in the Region of Pr. Chief Commissioner of Income Tax (CCA)/ Station/ Charge indicated against each of them with immediate effect and until further orders:-
Central Board of Excise and Customs specifies the following documentation, time limits and procedure with respect to filing of registration applications for single premises, which shall come into effect from 1-3-2015.
The Board has decided to constitute a Committee to redraft the existing guidelines for write-off of irrecoverable demand so as to harmonize these with the prevailing economic and administrative circumstances as well as to make these simpler and easier to administer.
It has been observed that the officers are not attending office at the stipulated time. All Officers and Staff members posted in NS I, III and V are directed to ensure that they attend office on time. The Senior officers are directed to ensure punctuality and proper attendance and lead by example.
CBDT has Vide Order No. 15 of 2015 dated 30.01.2015 promoted 264 officers in the grade of Commissioner of Income Tax/ Director of Income Tax to the grade of Principal Commissioner of Income Tax in the HAG scale (Rs. 67,000-79,000) with immediate effect and

Dated – 5th January, 2015 – ORDER NO. 5 OF 2015- The following transfer / posting (local changes) in the grade of Commissioner of Income Tax / Director of Income Tax are, hereby, ordered with immediate effect and until further orders:-
Vide Order No. 203 of 2014 dated 13th November, 2014, it was communicated that all the officers under orders of transfer be relieved with immediate effect, failing which the officers were to be deemed as relieved w.e.f 14.11.2014.
