Alignment of interest of Key Employees of AMCs with Unitholders of MF

In order to align the interest of the Key Employees of the AMCs with the unitholders of the mutual fund schemes, it has been decided that a part of compensation of the Key Employees of the AMCs shall be paid in the form of units of the scheme(s), as under:

In other words, these cases would not need to be referred to those agencies or the requirement may be suitably waived. This point must be implemented without exception.

This Scheme may be called the Employees’ Deposit-Linked Insurance (Amendment) Scheme, 2021. It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette, except sub-clause (iv) of clause (b) of paragraph 2, which shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1 5th day of February, 2020.
