All notifications issued by Central Government on Union Territory Goods and Service Tax (UTGST)
Central Government hereby notifies www.gst.gov.in as the Common Goods and Services Tax Electronic Portal for facilitating registration, payment of tax, furnishing of returns, computation and settlement of integrated tax and electronic way bill.
Central Government hereby appoints the 1st day of July, 2017, as the date on which the provisions of sections 6 to 16, 18 to 20 and 23 to 26 of Union Territory Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 shall come into force.
G.S.R. (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and sub-section (2) of section 10 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) read with section 21 of the Union Territory Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (14 of 2017)
Central Government appoints the 22nd day of June, 2017, as the date on which provisions of sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 17, 21 and section 22 of Union Territory Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 shall come into force.
