Employees’ Enrolment Campaign, 2017 is a Campaign to provide opportunity to the employers to voluntarily come forward and declare details of all such employees who were entitled for PF membership between 01.04.2009 to 31.12.2016 but could not be enrolled for any reason. The Campaign aims to extend PF benefits to employees hitherto deprived of PF benefits.
Form of declaration to be furnished by the employer in respect of membership of the employees who were required or entitled to become members of the fund on or after the 1st day of April, 2009 but before the 1st day of January, 2017 but were not enrolled as members for any reason under the Employees Enrolment Campaign,2017.
43B. Special provision in respect of Employees’ Enrolment Campaign, 2017.— The exceptions and modifications subject to which the provisions of this Scheme shall apply, in relation to the employees’ whose membership have been declared under paragraph 82A of the Employees’ Provident Funds Scheme, 1952
No sum, other than the expenses towards the cost of any benefits provided by or under the Employees’ Deposit-linked Insurance Scheme, 1976, shall be payable by the employer for meeting the expenses in connection with the administration of the said Scheme
