In exercise of the powers conferred by item (h) of sub-clause (iv) of clause (15) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby specifies 7 Years 8.25% National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development Tax-free Bonds (2005-III Series) of rupees one lakh each for an amount of rupees fifty crores bearing distinctive numbers from TFB III 0001 to TFB III 5000 issued by the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development for the purpose of the said item :
Provided that the benefit under the said item shall be admissible only if each holder of such bonds registers his name and the holding with the said Bank.
