(1) This Act may be called the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020. (2) It shall come into force on such date as the Central Government may, by notification appoint; and different dates may be appointed for different provisions of this Code and any reference in any such provision to the commencement of this Code shall be construed as a reference to the coming into force of that provision.
(1) This Act may be called the Industrial Relations Code, 2020. (2) It shall extend to the whole of India. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette appoint; and different dates may be appointed for different provisions of this Code and any reference in any such provision to the commencement of this Code shall be construed as a reference to the coming into force of that provision.
(1) This Act may be called the Epidemic Diseases (Amendment) Act, 2020. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 22nd day of April, 2020.
1. These regulations may be called the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Exits and Withdrawals under the National Pension System) (Amendment) Regulations, 2020. 2. These shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official gazette.
