As per rule 12A of the Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Directors) Rules 2014, every individual who has been allotted a Director Identification Number (DIN) as on 31st March of a financial year as per these rules shall, submit e-form DIR-3-KYC to the Central Government on or before 30th April of immediate next financial year.

Every company incorporated up to 31st December 2017, is mandatory required to file ACTIVE on or before 25th April, 2019. Last date to file this form: 25th April 2019 without any fee and from 26th April, 2019 form will be filed with penalty of Rs. 10,000/-. Requirements
Pending the deployment of DPT-3 Form on MCA 21 portal and in order to avoid inconvenience to stakeholders on account of various factors, it is stated that the additional fee, as provided under the Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Rules, 2014, shall be levied after 30 days from the date of deployment of the DPT- 3 form on MCA 21 portal.
Further deferral of SA 701 cannot be permitted and it remains applicable for audits of financial statements for periods beginning on or after 1st April, 2018:‑(i) SA 701 was issued in May, 2016 with applicability for all audits of the year 2017-18 onwards. On the grounds of lack of adequate time for preparedness the said applicability date of SA 701 was postponed to the financial year 2018-19 onwards. Effectively, a period of almost two years was available for awareness building and training of the Auditors and any practical difficulties can be addressed only after implementation of the SA 701.
