I have got a comparison Statement for Performance of State Govt. Officers vis-a-vis Central Govt. officers in 3-4 criteria by GSTN. The statement giving this in %age is placed below.
As can be seen from the statement, the performance of Central Govt. officers in the States except in. the State of Arunachal Pradesh is lower than the State Govt. officers in return filing %age for the tax period April (upto 26th May 2018).
Even in the growth of tax collection average of growth of tax collection in April over average of January & February, 2018, we can see that the performance of Central Govt. Officers is worse than the State Govt. except in a couple of States.
In the refund sanctioned, however, the performance of Central Govt. is better than State Govt. in most States but it is still a mystery that rate of refund sanctioned can be more than the claim as shown by Central Govt. officers in case of J&K, Meghalaya, Daman and Diu, Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Tamil Nadu.
I would request you to kindly review the performance of Central Govt. officers and to make sure that the, Central Govt. officers performance is superior to those of State Govts.
