MCA notifies substituted Form NDH-1, NDH-2 & NDH-3 and issued revised FORM NO. NDH-1- Return of Statutory Compliances, FORM NO. NDH-2 – Application for extension of time and FORM NO. NDH-3 – Return of Nidhi Company for the half year.

G.S.R. 81(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 406 read with sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 469 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, to amend the Nidhi Rules, 2014, namely:-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Nidhi (Amendment) Rules, 2020.
(2) They shall come into force on 10th February, 2020.
2. In the said rules, in place of Form NDH-1, NDH-2 & NDH-3 the following forms shall be substituted, namely:-
FORM NO. NDH-1
[Pursuant to section 406 of the Companies Act, 2013 and pursuant to sub rule (2) of rule 5 of the Nidhi Rules, 2014]
Return of Statutory Compliances
FORM NO. NDH-2
[Pursuant to sub-rule (3) of rule 5 of Nidhi Rules, 2014]
Application for extension of time
FORM NO. NDH-3
Pursuant rule 21 of the Nidhi Rules, 2014]
Return of Nidhi Company for the half year ended
