The Companies Bill, 2013 Receives the Assent of the President Published in the Gazette of India as Act No. 18 of 2013
The historic new Company Law in the country has been enacted with the President of India giving his assent to the Companies Bill, 2013. It has now been published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section-1, dated the 30th August 2013 as Act No. 18 of 2013.
Bank account could not be freezed as it is violation of clause 7 of 248 section of MCA act 2013 when companies are struck off under section 248 . It is erroneous decision and should be rectified right now .
