Currently COVID -19 is a Draconian Black Truth. Due to COVID 19 whole world is in lockdown situation. Its impact and experience urges everyone to remain at home. This is really a panic situation. Everyone here is under tremendous stress considering the economic and financial loss. But at the end “Loss of Life” is always a bigger and non-recoverable loss.
This is one of the reasons behind this Article. To overcome such stress and or fear of death we all shall endeavor to adopt some good habits. Positive behaviour and or attitude not only help us to overcome the adverse situation in present but also help us to remain calm and cool in every such situation in future.
What are those Good Habits ?
List is endless but find below herewith some of those good habits:-
(In present situation we should do this all at our home only)
- Meditate
- Exercise
- Read what you like
- Listen Music that energies you
- Play Indoor games with your children
- Chit-chat with family members
- Cook something on your own
- Sleep well
- Don’t watch or read COVID -19 news too much (Once in a day is enough)
- Avoid negative thoughts by changing immediately your mind track
At the end I just want to convey a message that doesn’t over think about economic and financial loss. Life is always being first and foremost thing to be considered. Everyone is going to suffer. You are not the only one. Together we all, not only can effectively fight the battle against COVID – 19 but also can efficiently get through this draconian situation.
