1. (1) These regulations may be called the Chartered Accountants (Amendment) Regulations, 2020. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

Kindly therefore extend the due date for submitting the GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C to at least 31.12.2020. We do not want to completely ignore our obligations and ask for unending extension.
