    UNDER land Acquisition COLLECTOR DID NOT GIVE THE CORRECT COMPENSATION AND REJECTED MY FILE ON THE BASIS OF NOT MAINTANABLE, now can I FILR WRIT PETITION OR APPEAL AGAINST COLLRETORIS IN WRIT PETITION IS PETITIONER HAVE TO Inability to pay Pre- Deposit can’t be ground to entertain a Writ Jurisdiction IS PETITIONER MUST PAY TO CLAIM THE COMPENSATION AMOUNT WITHOUT DEPOSIT PREL UNABLE TO DEPOSIT.
