Attention is invited to Paragraph 2.4 of the Export and Import Policy 2002-2007, as amended and Paragraphs 4.9 and 4.10 of the Handbook of Procedures, Vol.1, 2002-2007, as amended and also to the Handbook of Procedures, Vol.2, 2002-2007, as amended from time to time.
The following sentence is added in the “Certificate of Chartered Accountant/ Cost and Works Accountant/ Company Secretary” at S.No (ix) of Appendix 17 pertaining to the “Application for Grant of Export House, Trading House, Star Trading House, Super Star Trading House” and S.No (viii) of Appendix 17 A pertaining to “Application for Grant of Export House, Trading House, Star Trading House, Super Star Trading House for Service Providers” as under.
If there is any non.resident interest in the firm/company and non resident investment is to be made with repatriation benefits, full particulars thereof with photo copy of RBI approval must be submitted. Investment without repatriation benefits, a simple declaration indicating whether it is held with the general/ specific permission of RBI on the letter head of the firm should be furnished. In case of specific approval, a copy may also be furnished. Indian Companies issuing shares to foreign nationals/ NRIs under automatic route,100% scheme or 24/40% schemes are not required to obtain prior approval of RBI.
The restrictions shown at Column 4 in respect of item at Code No. 5003 have been deleted. ‘Mulbery Silk waste not carded or combed’ is free for exports without any restrictions in so far as ITC(HS) Classification of Export and Import is concerned.
In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Export and Import Policy, 2002-07 and paragraph 1.1 of Handbook (Vol.1), the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments/ corrections in the book titled “Schedule of DEPB RateSr.
In exercise of the powers conferred under Para 2.4 of the Export and Import Policy, 2002-2007, the Director General of Foreign Trade has decided to make following amendments in conditions for export of onions released as mentioned below.
Export of finished good directly from the job worker’s premises may be permitted provided the job worker’s premises is registered with the Central Excise authorities. However, export of such products from the job worker’s premises shall not be allowed through third parties as provided under paragraph 6.10 of the Policy.

Indian Rupee Value of the special currency Basket for the purposes of deferred payments contracts entered into under the Deferred payments protocol dated the 30th April, 1981 for the period l.l.81 to 31.12.85 and the Deferred payments protocol dated 23rd December, 1985 for the period l.l.1986 to 31.12.90 between the Government of India and the USSR relating to the deliveries of machinery and equipment from the USSR to India on deferred payment terms.
In cases where import of fuel has been sought for the grant of Advance Licence (excluding applications for adhoc norms and those under para 4.7 of Handbook ) , the applicant would be required to submit the following additional documents.
