what is big deal in extending date by 15-30 days? This govt will waste time of various high courts when it could have saved by 1 simple order which happen every year.

this is how they promote Make in India?

This happens every year. Leave alone CAs individual have to fill ITR by 30August this year and now no time left to complete large audit work of business. on Top of it our banks are highly inefficient. Challans missing/delayed are common problem with small banks

it is my request to all friends plz tie up your back and start sending audit reports without thinking of extension of due date, otherwise we buddies are in great trouble.

  3. BABU LONAPPAN says:

The I T Dept has no respect to tax representatives or chartered accountants either…But why can’t they respect tax payers. Allowing sufficient time to tax auditees is the need of hour and it is not at all proper to make them run pillar to post without allowing them to get justice.

  4. Govindsingh S Rajpurohit says:

I request F M to extend due date without waiting court order,High courts are not able to give decision on extension of due date in so many days.how govt expect tax audit of so many companies in few limited days.
