CPC create corrupt practice system by creating hassel for Honest tax payer adjusting refunds against illegal demands generated through processing. Not giving full credit, without hearing or given any opportunity to the assesee. Even there are mistake by taking different income as declared by the assessee and no proper system of rectification or re issuing of refund.

I think & hope that our ANTI TAX TERRORISUM Finance Minister Shri Arun Jaitely will give relief in budget. F M should read the fellings of the Deductor. Tax deductor is unpaid servant of Govt. there should be no penalty fees etc. on him. If Govt. introduce TDS CHALLAN-CUM-FORM NO 16A and get all the details from above challan,No 26Q,No 16A No fees/penalty.
