CPC create corrupt practice system by creating hassel for Honest tax payer adjusting refunds against illegal demands generated through processing. Tax deductor is unpaid servant of Govt. there should be no penalty fees etc. on him. If Govt. introduce TDS CHALLAN-CUM-FORM NO 16A and get all the details from above challan,No 26Q,No 16A No fees/penalty.
