  1. Normally politicians work on such issues not related directly to their politics, based on the advice of the bureaucrates. It is important for the Govermment to properly evaluate the qualification and capabilities of such bureaucrats before appointing them on such sensitive post. Promotion based on seniority has its own evil. On all important post, if appointment is based on capabilities, this problem will not arise. We have to attch the root cause so that we are saved from becoming super human and stay really as a Honest Taxpayer only.

  2. An excellent article, Mr.Nayak, and thanks for bringing these absurd requirements of the law to our notice. I would humbly suggest that you compile a comprehensive list of such absurdities, and forward them to the FM, the CBDT and the PM, either directly or through the chambers of commerce/ICAI etc., with a request to them to bring more rationality in our tax laws. I welcome more such articles from you. Thanks.

  3. there is always cofusion about interpretaion of laws, even there is always difference of opinion amoung experts like CA regarding applicability of various provision. clarification not given by ministry & court.

i think the govt dont want to promot enterprinership & creativity in indian public.
