Income Tax Department (ITD) has decided to revise the PAN application fee to be collected from applicants.
The PAN applicants shall now have the option to get a physical PAN card or an e-PAN card while submission of PAN application.
Following is the revised PAN application fees – applicable from June 16, 2018 (i.e., EOD of June 15, 2018).
FEES AND CHARGES
TIN-FC shall collect the fees as per the following schedule from deductors/collectors/ filers/Accounts Officers/applicants along-with GST and other levies as applicable:

NOTE:- If applicant opt for only e-PAN Card, then it would be mandatory to provide customer email ID in the PAN application for such cases.

PAN Card Application Revised Fee from 01/06/2016
As per NSDL notice, the PAN Card application fees have been revised as under:
1. For dispatch of PAN card in India:- Rs. 107 (inclusive of service tax)
2. For dispatch of PAN card outside India: – Rs. 994 (inclusive of service tax)
W. e. f. November 15, 2015, PAN & TAN application fees have been revised as under:
1.For dispatch of PAN card in India:- Rs. 107 (inclusive of service tax).
2.For dispatch of PAN card outside India: – Rs. 989 (inclusive of service tax).
3.For TAN applications:- Rs. 63 (inclusive of service tax)
W. e. f. June 1, 2015 and upto 14th November,2015 , PAN & TAN application fees was as under:
1.For dispatch of PAN card in India:- Rs. 106 (inclusive of service tax).
2.For dispatch of PAN card outside India: – Rs. 985 (inclusive of service tax).
3.For TAN applications:- Rs. 63 (inclusive of service tax)
