Notification In exercise of the powers conferred by section 99 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 10 of 2017), the Governor of Himachal Pradesh, in supersession of this department’s notification of even No. dated 14.09.2020, published in the e-Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh on 17.09.2020, is pleased to re-constitute the Himachal Pradesh Appellate Authority for Advance Ruling consisting of the following members, namely:-

| 1. | Chief Commissioner of Central Tax, Chandigarh Zone. |
| 2. | Commissioner of State Taxes and Excise, Himachal Pradesh. |
2. This notification shall come into force with effect from the date of publication in eRajpatra, Himachal Pradesh.
