Effective May 6, 2025, the Hyderabad Zone GST and Customs office has established a grievance redressal mechanism for GST registration applications under Central jurisdiction. This follows instructions from the CBIC dated May 2, 2025, which referenced earlier guidelines from April 17, 2025, on processing applications. Applicants with an Application Reference Number (ARN) assigned to Central jurisdiction who encounter queries believed to contravene the April 17, 2025 instructions can submit their grievance via email to gstnbo@gov.in. The email must include the ARN, jurisdiction details, and a brief description of the issue to facilitate timely resolution. Trade associations and chambers of commerce in Telangana are asked to share this information with their members. Assistance is also available by contacting Shri P. Krishna Mohan, Superintendent, at 9849173956.
