Dear Sir/Madam,
Sub: Monthly Development Report (MDR) for the Bullion Exchange in IFSC
1. It has been decided that similar to the Stock Exchanges in IFSC, the Bullion Exchange shall be required to submit MDR to IFSCA on a monthly basis, beginning January 2023.
2. The report shall be submitted in the prescribed format, within 10 days from the close of each month.
3. The format for the MDR can be accessed at https://ifsca.gov.in/Downloadfile/Index.
This circular is issued in exercise of powers conferred by Section 12 of the International Financial Services Centres Authority Act, 2019 to develop and regulate the financial products, financial services and financial institutions in the International Financial Services Centres.
