CA Sandeep KanoiThe Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation has launched a facility for online verification of status of the claim under the EPF.

Please click on the following link to find the status of your claim submitted in any of the EPFO Office.

The user needs to select his State, the EPF office, Establishment Code, Extension code, if any and then enter the employee number to ascertain the claim status. Leave the extension field blank, in case your account does not have one.

Know Your Claim Status – How to use the facility?

This facility is meant for EPF Members/subscribers/pensioners who have submitted a claim in any of the EPFO offices across India. Using this facility one can track the status of a claim so submitted. The only pre­requisite is you must know your PF Account Number.

1. If you know the EPF Office from where your claim has to be settled, select the same from the office drop down list.

2. On selection of office, the mandatory Region Code and Office Code will get populated automatically in the respective boxes.

3. Enter the Establishment Code in the third box – which can be of maximum 7 digits.

4. In case the Establishment Code has an extension / sub-code, enter the same here. It can be a digit or letter as the case may be and can be of maximum 3 characters in size. Leave this field blank, if there is no extension /sub-code to the Establishment Code.

5. Enter your account number which can be of maximum 7 digits.

6. Click on submit to get the status.

Example:- Case – I – PF Account Number without an extension/sub-code to Establishment Code:

Suppose your PF Account Number is MH/35634/523 and the office is Bandra, Select Bandra from the list as under:

Note that MH and BAN has been populated already in the first two fields.

Now enter the Establishment Number:

Leave the next field – Extension – blank and enter your account number in the last field:

Now click on “Submit” to get the status.

As this is an non‐existing number, we get a “No Record Found” message. In legitimate cases, appropriate messages will be displayed.

Example:‐ Case – II – PF Account Number without an extension/sub‐code to Establishment Code:

In case there is an Extension/Sub‐Code to the Establishment Code, say, “A”, then enter the same as under before entering the account number:

Then enter the account number:

Now Click on “Submit” to get the status:

Again, as this is an non‐existing number, we get a “No Record Found” message. In legitimate cases, appropriate messages will be displayed.

Note:‐  Please note that in case the claim is not entered in the system/software for some reason or it is outside the dates as mentioned in the footer of the screen above, such a record will NOT appear in this facility. In other words, ideally, a claim should have been submitted and an system generated claim ID should have been obtained for using this facility.

But till now i didnt receive any aknowledgement from PF department.I have contacted many time to PF office contact number 011 2737 6772 .but there is no response.My employer also telling the response shold be get from PF department, What i have to do.Its more than 60 days.

    on 6th may 2015 I received following sms from EPFO office towards my withdrawal request(FORM 13 c). it mentioned
    Form 13(Transfer) claim id:150450000120 APPROVED FOR PAYMENT THROUGH CHEQUE.PAYMENT IS UNDER PROCESS.”
    More than 19 days have passed upon receipt of the above message but my bank have still not received the cheque. could you be kind enough to let me know when will I receive the payment or my bankers will receive the cheque.

My acct number is PYKRP00192140000143559 Form (10C) withdrawal benefit claim id is PYKRP150500006875 Form 19 PF settlement claim id is PYKRP150500006873 I received a message that both the claims are approved for payment through cheque. My query is would i have be getting two seperate refund against two claims or it will just one payment in all.

    and how long will it take to get credited to my account and also the correct amount.

    Above link is not working. I have applied the Claim form. And i got the acknowledgment message also. But when i try to check the Claim status in EPF Service website. Its shows “No record found”

    Is there any other way to check the status. Or tel me how long you will take to process normally. In PF office they said i will get claimed in 20days. but a month over already.

I check the status online, it is showing my balance but for claim status it says “no records found” and i haven’t received any acknowledgement also for submitted forms (10C,19),I registered for new help desk service also they are not contacted me past 1& half month, My company Hr saying that from their side no issue they submitted the claim form further you contact directly to Bangalore Bommasandra office,i tried to contact via telephone but no response.Could you please let me the status of my request.?.
