Commencement notification of certain provisions of Companies (Amendment) Act, 2020 w.e.f. 22nd January, 2021
This is to inform you that Central Government has appointed the 22nd day of January 2021 as the date on which the following provisions of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2020 shall come into force namely:

S.O. 325(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2020 (29 of 2020), the Central Government hereby appoints the 22nd day of January, 2021 as the date on which the following provisions of the said Act shall come into force, namely:-
