Sir, let us know that I want to purchase land from a Limited Company. which type of documents I have to collect from company about authority who signing the sale deed. And how can I verify validity of authority, and other required documents. Thanks
How do you file INC22 within 30 days of incorporation? There are only 5 options in the eform under the “Purpose of the form” section and all options are related to change in registered office only. There is no option for “furnishing to the Registrar verification of its registered office within a period of thirty daysof its incorporation”
If a company fails to file INC22 within 30 days of incorporation, what shall be the consequences?
Any advice on this matter shall be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
