S.O. 1647(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (5) and (6) of section 125 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with rules 5 and 7 of the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Appointment of Chairperson and Members, holding meetings and provision for offices and officers) Rules, 2016 (herein after referred to as the said rules), the Central Government hereby constitutes the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority consisting of following persons, namely:-

2. The term of office of members at serial no. 4 to 6 shall be governed by rule 8 of the said rules. Non-official members of the Authority shall be entitled for reimbursement of actual expenditure incurred for attending the meetings as per the provisions of sub-rule (10) of rule 11 of said rules.
