Central Government appoints 28 persons as Judicial and Technical Members in the National Company Law Tribunal for a period of three years or till the attaining the age of sixty-five years, whichever is earlier.

S.O. 3412(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 408 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Government hereby appoints following persons as Judicial and Technical Members in the National Company Law Tribunal in the pay scale of Rs. 67000-79000/- (pre-revised) Level 15 in the pay matrix (Rs. 182200-224400) as per 7th Central Pay Commission with effect from the dates mentioned against each for a period of three years or till the attaining the age of sixty-five years, whichever is earlier—
